Referral Program Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the referral program ("Program") offered by Quikchex Private Limited (“Quikchex”, "Company," "we," or "us"). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms. Eligibility:

1. To be eligible for the Program, you must not be:
   • An existing employee of Quikchex
   • An existing employee of a group company of Quikchex
   • A reseller partner of Quikchex
   • An outsourcing partner of Quikchex
2. You must refer individuals who are not:
   • Existing customers of Quikchex or group companies/affiliates of these existing customers
   • Ex-customers of Quikchex who have terminated their subscription in the last 90 calendar days
   • Existing sales prospects that have been active in the past 90 days
3. You may not participate in the Program if doing so would violate any applicable policies within your Organization. Quikchex is not responsible for vetting the policies of your Company, or for any other restrictions that would bar you for participating in this program.

How the Program Works:

1. To refer a new customer, you must submit the Form within the Quikchex Application or Quikchex Website
2. When a referred contact makes a qualifying purchase, both you and the referred individual may be eligible to receive rewards, as outlined in these Terms.
3. Rewards are subject to verification by Quikchex and may be adjusted or voided if deemed ineligible, according to the sole discretion of Quikchex.

Qualifying Purchase:

1. A qualifying purchase is defined as a new subscription to a paid plan made by the referred individual’s organization.
2. The referred individual’s organization must sign up and complete payment for a paid subscription to Quikchex and maintain an active subscription for at least 1 consecutive billing cycle.
3. The purchase must meet all applicable terms and conditions set forth by Quikchex including payment of the subscription fee in full and compliance with the terms of service.
4. Refunds or cancellations of the referred individual's subscription within the specified timeframe will disqualify the referral from earning rewards.

Rewards:

1. Rewards will be provided in the form of an Amazon Digital Gift Card.
2. The specific reward amount or value will be determined by Quikchex, and will be published on the Quikchex Application (for existing customers) and Quikchex Website (for third-party/non-customer users). Any deviation from the published rate by Quikchex must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Quikchex (Senior Management or Director).
3. Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash.
4. Rewards may be subject to expiration dates or other limitations, as determined by Quikchex.

Limits and Restrictions:

1. You may not refer yourself or create multiple accounts to earn rewards.
2. In case of a duplicate referral by multiple parties, reward will be attributed to the party with the earliest date of submission through completion of the submission form.
3. Quikchex reserves the right to cancel or modify the Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
4. Quikchex may investigate any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate activity related to the Program and may take appropriate action, including the forfeiture of rewards.

Privacy:

1. By participating in the Program, you agree to allow Quikchex to use your personal information for the purpose of administering the Program and contacting you regarding your participation.
2. Quikchex will handle your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Miscellaneous:

1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Quikchex regarding the Program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
2. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai, India.
3. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be resolved solely at the discretion of Quikchex. You hereby waive any right to pursue litigation in any court and agree to resolve any disputes exclusively through arbitration.
4. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms by Quikchex must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Quikchex.
5. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Program
